Stock control in a flower shop always fails in the same place: the boxes arrive at seven in the morning, with the first orders on top, and the delivery note gets half checked. Priroda solves it with a photo: the AI reads every line, matches it to your catalogue, proposes creating what you did not have and, when you confirm, adds the quantities to stock with their purchase cost. From there, every stem has a history, every write-off a reason and every peak day a shopping list.

  • Delivery note with a photoOn paper or as a PDF. The AI reads product, quantity and price, recognises the supplier and the note number.
  • New things, one tapA flower or a supplier you did not have is created from the same delivery note.
  • Cost per stemEvery receipt saves its purchase price; bouquet costing uses real numbers.
  • Balance per shopHow many stems are left of everything, in each location, filtered by colour and name.
  • Every flower's historyReceived, sold, written off: every movement with date, time and who did it.
  • Waste and requirementsWhat wilted with its reason, what open orders need and what is left to buy.

Booking goods in stops being a job

You take the photo from the phone or the iPad, in Receive. Priroda reads the lines, matches them to your catalogue items and learns your supplier's way of naming things. Doubtful lines are flagged for you to correct; until you confirm, nothing is written to stock. On confirming, quantities go up per item and per shop, with the cost saved in the movement, and the supplier's bill is left as a pending expense with its due date.

Receiving goods no longer takes them much time: Priroda cut the work of booking in what arrives, with the delivery note read from a photo. Since they opened the new shop, the item lists and supplier bills were set up properly.

A catalogue that keeps itself

Every flower and add-on has its record with price, stock and photo. Open any item to change its price, correct the stock, fix the photo or the name, or start an order with it right there. The AI identifies a flower from a photo and matches it to the catalogue, and generates a clean catalogue image for a bouquet or a product when there is no time for a photo. Every price change goes into the actions log with who and when.

Stock that tells the truth

  • Orders deduct their stems on creation, including online store orders.
  • Made bouquets waiting in the cooler count as bouquet stock.
  • Wilted or broken flowers are written off with a reason; the stock goes down and the waste report shows the loss per period, at cost.
  • A correction after closing is a manual balance update, recorded with who did it and why.
  • The movements view shows every stem in and out, filterable by item, period and person.

Buying before a peak day, with data

The stock requirements view compares the stems every open order asks for with the current balance. What is missing becomes a purchase request to the supplier, is sent, and is received against the delivery note when the boxes arrive. The purchases and expenses report sums it by supplier and period, and the payables list says what is left to pay.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes stock control?

The Basic plan (€24.99 a month): delivery notes by photo, balance per shop, movement history, write-offs, stock requirements, purchase requests, suppliers, expenses and AI flower identification and image generation.

What if the delivery note is handwritten or badly lit?

The AI proposes what it can read and flags the doubtful lines; you correct them before confirming. A second photo can be added.

Does it recognise my supplier's product names?

It matches the names against the shop's catalogue and learns the shop's own naming. New products are created from the delivery note in the same step.

Can I run two shops with one stock?

Each location has its own balance and its own delivery zones; each user sees the shop they work in. Reports follow the location selector.

Where does a bouquet's cost come from?

From the delivery notes booked into stock: every stem comes in with its purchase price, and bouquet costing uses the latest cost of each one.
