The CRM a flower shop really needs is small and concrete: knowing that the customer on the phone that just rang is the one who orders every Monday for the office, remembering the anniversary the shop knew last year, and nobody calling to ask whether the bouquet is ready because they were already told. Priroda does that: one record per customer with their orders, addresses, notes and key dates, found by phone number in a second from the counter, and the messages that go out by themselves when the order is confirmed, ready or delivered.

  • One record per customerName, phone, email, delivery addresses, notes and key dates. Created with the first order.
  • HistoryWhat they bought, when, for how much, delivered where. Every order is linked to the customer.
  • Order noticesConfirmed, ready for pickup, delivered: by email and with official WhatsApp templates, in the customer's language.
  • Chat in the recordConversations with the customer are kept so a colleague can pick them up.
  • Customer areaThe customer signs in with a code to their phone or email and sees their orders, status and conversation.
  • Who buys mostThe customer analysis report: who buys most, how often and who has not come back.

Everything you know about a customer, in one record

The record is created with the first order or found by phone number, and keeps name, phone, email, delivery addresses, notes ("prefers no carnations") and key dates (birthday, anniversary). For a company, the name, tax number and billing address, so all its invoices use them. Every order is linked to the customer, so the record shows the full history: what they bought, when, for how much, delivered where.

The customer knows where their order is

When the order changes status, the shop sends a notice: confirmed, ready for pickup, delivered. Messages go by email and by WhatsApp with templates approved for the shop's own sender, in the customer's language, and the "is it ready?" calls stop. Conversations with a customer are kept in a chat on their record, so a colleague can follow them the next day. Order notices use approved templates; marketing messages are another matter and depend on the customer's consent, which Priroda records on the record.

A customer area, without another app

With the Communications plan, the shop's customers have a customer area where they sign in with a code sent to their phone or email and see their orders, the status in real time and the conversation with the shop. Access codes and sessions are tied to the shop; one shop's data never mixes with another's.

Your customer file, turned into numbers

The customer analysis report shows who buys most, how often and who has stopped coming. The assistant answers "who ordered lilies last Mother's Day" or "find the customer with phone 6xx", and writes on the record what you tell it. The file stops being a notebook of phone numbers and starts saying who to call before the next peak day.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes the CRM?

Customer records, history and basic customer management are in the Basic plan (€24.99 a month). The Communications plan (€49.50 a month) adds WhatsApp notices with official templates, automatic emails, the customer area and advanced management with segmentation.

Does the shop need its own WhatsApp number?

Messages go out from a sender set up for the shop; Priroda prepares it with the shop during onboarding.

Can I message customers about a promotion?

Order notices use approved templates. Marketing messages depend on the customer's consent, which Priroda records on the record.

Can a customer change their own phone or email?

Not from the customer area: those are the identifiers they sign in with. Changes are made through the shop.

Does the notice spoil the surprise for the person receiving the bouquet?

Order notices go to the person who ordered, not to the recipient. Surprise flowers stay a surprise.
