Software made in Vigo (Galicia). 14-day trial, no card.

In a neighbourhood flower shop the owner is florist, admin, driver, sales and social media. What she needs from software is not more work but less: phone and counter orders in one list instead of a notebook, a receipt that prints itself, a supplier's delivery note that is not twenty minutes of typing at closing, and an accountant who gets the VAT without a box of receipts. Priroda was born inside a shop like that.

What complicates the day

  • Orders come in by phone, by WhatsApp and through the door, and end up in three different places; on a peak day one always slips.
  • The boxes arrive at seven in the morning with the first orders on top, and the app's stock never matches the cooler.
  • Cash and card get mixed, the count takes half an hour and invoices are typed from a paper receipt.
  • Most software is built for chains with an IT department, and priced like it.
  • €24.99/moBasic plan, fixed price

  • 1 iPadand a thermal printer: the whole counter

What Priroda does for you

  • Orders in one listPhone, counter and WhatsApp in the same list per day, with time, address, payment and status.
  • The receipt, from the iPadTake cash, card or Bizum and the receipt prints on the Wi-Fi printer with your logo.
  • The delivery note, with a photoThe AI reads the lines, matches them to your catalogue and books the quantities into stock with their cost.
  • VAT without thinkingFlowers at 10 %, vases at 21 %: the order already knows and the tax report sums it for the accountant.
  • The cash, closedAt closing, how much came in by each method, the change given and the difference with the count, on one screen.
  • An assistant that answers"How many roses are left", "what has to go out today", by voice or text, with your data.

Easy to learn, because it is built for florists

Priroda's objects are yours: stems, bouquets, delivery notes, deliveries, occasions. On the iPad every module is one tap away, and the assistant answers whatever you ask it in words. If you use WhatsApp, you have it. The shop starts with a starter catalogue so the first sale can happen the same day, and on a three-month plan Priroda loads your catalogue, your prices and the printer at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't it too much for a small shop?

No. The Basic plan (€24.99 a month) runs the whole day: orders, stock, bouquets, invoicing, tasks, AI assistant and receipt printing, with unlimited orders, items and users. The online store and WhatsApp notices are added when needed, with the Communications plan.

I am not technical at all. Will I manage?

It is built for florists, not technicians: every module one tap away on the iPad, and an assistant you ask in words. Support by email at info-crm@priroda.tech.

I work alone. Is it really worth it?

That is exactly what it is for: it takes the notebook, the typed delivery note and the cash count off your hands, so that time goes to the flowers and the customers.

What equipment do I need?

Any browser for the web. For the counter, an iPad with the app and, if you want receipts, an ESC/POS thermal printer on the shop's Wi-Fi.

Do you help me bring what I already have?

The shop starts with a starter catalogue. On a three-month plan Priroda loads your catalogue, your prices and the printer at no extra cost.
