An online store for a flower shop should not be a second system. A Shopify or WordPress site has its own catalogue, so a bouquet sold out in the cooler stays on sale on the internet, and marketplaces keep 10 to 25 % and the customer. Priroda's online store is included in the Communications plan and shows the same bouquets, products and services as the counter, at the prices the shop set, only while there is stock, taking payment through the shop's own Stripe account and with delivery calculated with its zones and windows.

  • The same stockA bouquet visible on the web stops being orderable when it runs out in the cooler.
  • The same pricesThe catalogue's, not recalculated elsewhere. No commission on sales.
  • Stripe paymentBy card, into the shop's own account. Priroda adds nothing.
  • Delivery with your zonesCheckout offers only the available days and times and calculates delivery with the shop's zones.
  • Variants and add-onsSizes and colours as variants; a card, a vase or a delivery upgrade as bouquet extras.
  • Own domainAt a Priroda address or on the shop's domain, with its logo and colours.

One catalogue, not two

Bouquets and products marked visible in the store appear online with the catalogue's photo, name, description and price. When the stock runs out, they can no longer be ordered. Product groups and variants (sizes, colours) and services (a card, a vase, a delivery upgrade) are set up once and serve the counter and the web. The bouquets of the day the team builds in the morning are published from Priroda, without going through another program.

The bouquets of the day go out to veranoprado.com straight from the app: the team builds them and publishes them to the website without going through another program. The online store uses the same catalogue and the same stock as the physical shop.

The web order comes in through the same door

The customer chooses pickup or delivery; delivery offers only the shop's available days and windows and is calculated with its zones, applying the slot's minimum order. Payment is by card through Stripe, into the shop's own account. The order lands in the same list as phone and counter orders, deducts the stock when it is placed, and the customer gets a notice at every status change. A payment left halfway is not lost: the list of unfinished orders lets the shop come back to the person who did not finish.

The shop's identity, on its domain

The store carries the logo, colours and contact from the business profile, and can run on the shop's own domain: point the domain at Priroda and the store answers on it. Customers have a customer area where they sign in with a code sent to their phone or email and see their orders, status and the conversation with the shop.

What there is not

No set-up fee, no commission on sales and no theme to maintain or plugins to update. Stripe charges its own card fees, paid to Stripe; everything else is in the Communications plan's monthly price.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes the online store?

The Communications plan (€49.50 a month), which includes the custom online store, Stripe payments, the customer area and WhatsApp and email notices, on top of everything in the Basic plan. No set-up fee and no commission; Stripe charges its own card fees.

Can I use the domain I already have?

Yes. Point the domain at Priroda and the store answers on it.

I already have a WordPress or Shopify site. Can I connect it?

No: Priroda does not receive orders from an external store. It replaces that site with one tied to the stock, and the old addresses can be redirected to the new pages.

Can customers see their previous orders?

Yes, in the customer area, where they sign in with a code sent to their phone or email.

Does the web let people order delivery on a day I do not deliver?

No. Checkout offers only the shop's available days and times; close a window or mark a day off and the web stops offering it.
