Software made in Vigo (Galicia). 14-day trial, no card.
Priroda is flower shop software for independent florists in Spain: it runs the shop's daily operations from the iPad at the counter and from the web, with a florist's objects (stems, bouquets, delivery notes, deliveries, occasions) rather than a T-shirt shop's. This page walks through what it does, module by module, with a link to each one.

What changes day to day
On the iPad, on the web and in the online store
- iPad app "Priroda Flower Shop ERP" on the App Store, for the counter, with ESC/POS thermal receipt printing over Wi-Fi.
- Web application for the office and any device with a browser: the same orders, the same stock.
- Online store for every shop, at a Priroda address or on the shop's own domain, with the same catalogue and stock as the counter.
- Customer area where the shop's customers see their orders and write to the shop.
- Interface in Spanish, English and Ukrainian; taxes and currency set per shop.
How we start
- 1Create your shop in two minutesShop name, city, phone and an email or a Google account. The shop is ready with a starter catalogue.
- 2Load your catalogueAdjust the starter catalogue or photograph the first delivery note: the AI creates what is missing and books the quantities into stock.
- 3iPad and printerInstall the App Store app and connect the thermal printer to the shop's Wi-Fi. The first sale can be the same day.
- 4Someone on the other sideSupport by email at info-crm@priroda.tech. On a three-month plan Priroda loads the catalogue, the prices and the printer at no extra cost.
Verano Prado, a floral studio in the centre of Vigo, publishes the bouquets of the day to its website straight from Priroda, receives goods with a photo of the delivery note and keeps items, supplier bills and order history in one place.
What it is not
- Not a marketplace: it does not resell the shop's bouquets and takes no commission on any sale.
- Not a wire service and not a florist network.
- Not a generic ERP or a generic POS adapted to flowers.
- Not a website builder: the online store is included and tied to the stock, but the heart of the product is the counter.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Two plans, both a fixed monthly price with no commission on sales: the Basic plan at €24.99 a month, with the shop's full operations (stock, orders, bouquets, invoicing, tasks, AI assistant, thermal printing), and the Communications plan at €49.50 a month, which adds the online store with Stripe payments, the customer area and WhatsApp and email messaging. All start with a 14-day free trial, no card.
Is it only for shops in Spain?
It is built first for Spanish flower shops: VAT by product type, Bizum and card at the counter, the local calendar of peak days. Taxes and currency are set per shop, and the interface also exists in English and Ukrainian.
How is it different from a generic POS?
A generic POS knows how to take payment. A flower shop also needs orders with a delivery date and window, a recipient who is not the payer, delivery zones with a fee, the cost of a bouquet stem by stem and the supplier's delivery note in the stock. Priroda brings all of that as standard, and the POS is one part of it.
Do you help me start?
The shop starts with a starter catalogue so the first sale can happen the same day. On a three-month plan Priroda loads the catalogue, the prices and the printer at no extra cost. Support by email at info-crm@priroda.tech.
Is my data separate from other shops'?
Yes. Every shop is an isolated tenant at database level: its catalogue, orders, customers and settings never mix with another shop's.
