How to use Priroda, II.9: expenses
Rent, electricity, fuel for the van: each expense with its supplier, date, total and whether it is paid. A photo of the receipt and AI fills in the number, the supplier's tax ID, each line with its VAT and the totals; filtered by month for the accountant.

FEDERICO: And the fuel receipts?
VERA: Somewhere.
Rent, electricity, fuel for the van: what it costs to open the shop.
On the iPad, in More, Expenses: each expense with its supplier, its date, the total, and whether it's paid. You filter by status. For a new one, the plus button: a photo, one from your library, or by hand.
You take a photo of the receipt… and Priroda reads it for you.
It fills it all in for you: the invoice number and the date, the supplier with its tax ID, each line with its VAT, and the totals. You check it, mark whether it's paid and add a few tags, like fuel or van. Save. The photo stays attached.
Paying it later? Open it, Paid, and Save.
On the web, the same, and with the invoice PDF too.
And when your accountant asks for them, filter by month and they're all there, with their photos.
