Frequently asked questions

What is Priroda in one sentence?

Priroda is flower-shop management software for independent florists in Spain: stock and supplier deliveries, orders and deliveries, bouquet costing, invoicing with VAT, customers, team tasks and the daily cash close, on the iPad at the counter and on the web.

How much does it cost?

Two plans, both a fixed monthly price with no commission on sales: Plan Básico at 24,99 € per month for the shop's operations (stock, orders, bouquets, invoicing, tasks, the AI assistant, thermal printing) and Plan Comunicaciones at 49,50 € per month, which adds the customer area, the online store with Stripe payments and multichannel messaging. Details on the pricing page.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days on every plan. No card is needed to register.

Do you set it up for me?

On a three-month plan, yes: Priroda loads the catalogue, the prices and the printer at no extra cost. On a monthly plan the shop starts with a starter catalogue and does it itself; the assistant helps.

Which devices does it run on?

Any browser on any computer, tablet or phone. The iPad app "Priroda Flower Shop ERP" is on the App Store and is the usual choice for the counter because it prints receipts.

Which printer do I need for receipts?

Any ESC/POS thermal receipt printer on the shop's Wi-Fi. The ticket carries the shop's logo, itemised lines, totals and a QR code.

Does it handle Spanish VAT?

Yes. Each product type carries its VAT rate: flowers, bouquets and plants at the reduced rate, complements such as vases, cards and sweets at the general rate. Invoices and the tax report show the VAT by rate.

What about VeriFactu?

Priroda's invoicing is being prepared for the AEAT's VeriFactu regime ahead of the legal calendar: companies from 1 January 2027 and self-employed florists from 1 July 2027. See Invoicing and VAT.

How can customers pay?

Cash, card, bank transfer, Bizum, or a Stripe payment link sent by WhatsApp or email. The order records which one was used, and the daily cash report separates cash from card.

Can I sell online?

Yes. The Plan Comunicaciones includes an online store for the shop, tied to the same catalogue, stock and prices, with Stripe checkout and delivery pricing from the shop's own zones. It can run on the shop's own domain. No commission.

Does Priroda send WhatsApp messages to customers?

Yes: order notifications through official WhatsApp templates and email, from the shop's own sender. See Customer records and notifications.

How does the delivery pricing work?

The florist draws delivery zones on a map and gives each zone a price per delivery schedule, with weekly time windows and days off. The same quote is used for phone orders and on the online store. See Delivery zones and fees.

Can it read my supplier's delivery note?

Yes. Photograph the delivery note (albarán), the AI reads the lines, matches them to the catalogue and puts the quantities into stock, and you confirm before anything is written.

How does bouquet pricing work?

You compose the bouquet from the stems in stock and the cost and margin update as you add them. Sold bouquets deduct their stems from stock. Repeat designs are saved as templates.

What does the AI assistant do?

It answers questions about the shop by voice or text ("how many roses are left", "what is due today"), identifies a flower from a photo, generates catalogue images, reads delivery notes and proposes tasks. Anything that changes stock, prices, payments or the delivery schedule waits for your approval.

Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Priroda has a connector (MCP) for Claude and ChatGPT. When connecting, the florist chooses which scopes the assistant gets; tools that were not granted do not exist for it.

Can I run several shops?

Yes. One account can hold several locations, each with its own stock balance and delivery zones; users see the location they work in.

Can my staff have their own logins?

Yes. Users have roles, and tasks, stock movements and orders record who did what.

Is my data separate from other shops'?

Yes. Every shop is an isolated tenant at the database level. Customer sign-in codes, storefront sessions and assistant connectors are scoped to the shop.

Which languages does the interface have?

Spanish, English and Ukrainian, for the web app, the iPad app and the online store.

Do I keep my customers' data if I leave?

The invoices and the reports can be downloaded at any time, and the data stays the shop's. Ask info-crm@priroda.tech for an export.

Where is Priroda based?

Vigo (Galicia), Spain. The product was built inside a working flower shop.

How do I get support?

Email info-crm@priroda.tech. On the iPad app there is a "Contact Support" link in the settings.
