How to use Priroda, I.7: connecting the receipt printer
A receipt printer over Wi-Fi or cable: its IP address on the iPad, your logo and even a QR code on the receipt, a test print from the web. The iPad acts as a print agent so sales made on the computer print too.

Receipts by hand, in a receipt book.
If your printer is Wi-Fi, it joins the shop's network. If it has a cable, you plug it into the iPad or into the computer you sell from.
On the iPad: More, Settings, Thermal Printer. You type its IP address and the port, usually ninety-one hundred, and Apply Settings.
In Receipt Branding you add your shop's name, a subtitle, your logo… and even a QR code, say, for your Spotify playlist.
On the web, in Settings, you choose the connection type, Wi-Fi or USB, and you test it: Test Connection and Print Sample Receipt.
And if you sell from the computer, the iPad works as a print agent: Register Agent Now, and what you sell on the web prints on the shop's printer.
You do it once. From today, every sale comes with its receipt.
