How many roses have you got left?
VERA: About twenty… I think.
To start, walk the cooler and the shelves once and count how much you have of each item.
On the iPad, in Stock and Prices, tap the card and Update Quantity. At the top you see what's there now and the new amount: type the number you counted and Priroda shows you the difference. If you like, add a note. And Set Quantity.
If the item is new, you set the quantity when you create it, in Initial Quantity.
On the computer, it's even faster: the stock table on the web has a New quantity column. You type the number, Enter, and you drop to the next row without leaving the keyboard. Next to it, you see the difference. At the end, Save all.
It's the only time you count. From here on, every sale takes away and every delivery adds, by itself. And every correction stays in its history: before, the change and after.
