How to use Priroda, II.2: selling on your website

A website order at eleven at night: size, an extra, pickup or delivery with address and time slot, paid by card or Apple Pay. By morning it is on the iPad, and the orders people started and never finished are there too.

Transcript

Before, a website order was an email at eleven at night… and in the morning, copying it out by hand.

Now, your website and your shop are the same thing.

At eleven at night, someone picks a flower arrangement on your website, and adds an extra, like a candle or a card.

They choose to pick it up in the shop or have it delivered. They enter the address, the phone number of whoever receives it and the card message, and choose the day and a time from your slots. Delivery is added by itself, by zone.

Their name and phone number, confirmed with a code by text message. And they pay: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

In the morning, the order is already in Priroda: the customer, the address, the day and time, the flower arrangement, and what they paid. Nothing to copy.

It arrives as a draft, already paid. You confirm it.

At that moment, the arrangement is sold and comes off sale. Its flowers already left your stock when you made it.

And if someone started an order and didn't finish it, you see it in Unfinished orders: what they wanted, their phone number, and a button to message them.

One catalogue and one stock: what you sell online and at the counter comes from the same place.
