How to use Priroda, II.6: cancelling an order
A line removed, a quantity lowered or the whole order cancelled: whatever is not sold goes back into stock. On the web a cancelled order stays in your history, and each flower shows when and how many came back.
Transcript
The customer changes their mind. Before, undoing a sale meant counting again.
In Priroda, what isn't sold goes back where it was.
If part of it changes: open the order, the pencil, and in Checkout, remove a line with the bin or lower the quantity. Update Order: what you remove goes back into stock.
If the whole order is cancelled and it wasn't paid yet: the bin. The order is deleted, and everything goes back into stock.
On the web you can also cancel it without deleting it: it stays as cancelled in your history, and the flowers go back into stock.
On the iPad, the same: Cancel order, in the order details.
And in each flower's history you see it came back, how many and when.
