How to use Priroda, II.7: write-offs and moves

Six wilted roses binned, three extra found in a recount, a bucket sent to the other shop: each change with its note in the flower's history. In Write-offs, what you throw away in stems and in money.

Transcript

The wilted roses go in the bin… and in your stock, they're still there.

What doesn't sell gets recorded too.

You throw out six roses. In Stock, the card, Update Quantity: type how many you have left, Priroda shows you how many go out, and in the note, why: wilted. Set Quantity.

Counting, you find three more? Same thing, with its note: recount.

A bucket for your other shop? Take it off here, with a note, switch shops in Settings and add it there.

Every change stays in the flower's history: when, how many, before and after, who, and your note.

And in Reports, Write-offs, what you throw away has a number: how many stems, of which flowers, and how much money, at cost or at sell price.
