The list for the wholesaler as a purchase request; when the truck comes, Receive Stock, entered by hand on the iPad with what it cost or read from a photo of the delivery note. Every delivery is kept with supplier, price and date.

The list for the wholesaler, on the back of a receipt. And when the truck comes, it's counting boxes.
Ordering and receiving are two moments of the same thing.
On the computer, you make the list: the supplier, when you expect the delivery, a description if you like, and each item with its quantity. Create Purchase Request. Stock doesn't move yet: it's what you've ordered, not what you have.
In Purchase Requests, you have all your lists: who from, for when, how many items, and the price. You search by item, or filter by supplier and by date. The truck arrives with what you ordered: Receive Stock, and stock goes up.
Something came in different? On the iPad: Receive, the plus button, Receive Manually. Each card tells you how many you have, what you sell it for, and what it cost you last time. Tap it and enter what's arriving, what it costs you, and its sell price. On the right, the list of what's coming in, with the total cost.
To confirm: the supplier, the date, a note with the delivery note number, the VAT, and a photo. Receive to Stock.

Every delivery is saved: who brought it, what, at what price, and when. And at the end of the month, in Purchase Expenses, you see what you've paid each supplier.
