How to use Priroda, I.3: setting up prices

The sell price goes on the card or in the web table; the cost price Priroda reads from the delivery note. For arrangements it adds up what the flowers cost and suggests a price, and every change is kept in Price Changes.

The price, by guesswork.

Every item has two prices: what it cost you… and what you sell it for.

You set the sell price. In Stock and Prices, tap the card and Sell Price: the price per unit the customer pays. You type it and Set Price. The card already shows it.

On the web, it's even faster: you type it straight into the Sell price column of the table, and Save.

The cost price you don't have to type: when stock comes in, Priroda reads it from the delivery note. Each line brings what you paid, the sell price and the quantity.

And for your arrangements, Priroda adds up what the flowers cost you and suggests the price: one and a half times the cost, double, triple… or you set it by hand.

And every price change is kept: in Reports, Price Changes, you see what went up, what went down, by how much, who, and when.
