A Shopify alternative for florists: an online store that sells from the counter's stock
Shopify is a generic e-commerce platform that many flower shops use to sell online. It works, but with a catalogue separate from the counter, a fee on every card payment, and a paid add-on for the physical POS. Priroda, the flower-shop management software from priroda.tech, includes the online store in the Communications plan: it sells the same bouquets as the counter, only while they are in stock, with delivery priced from the shop's zones and no commission on sales.
This page compares what each product publishes on its own website, read on 3 September 2026. Where a vendor's page does not mention a feature, the table says "not stated", which does not mean it does not exist: confirm with the vendor before deciding. Priroda's data is from priroda.tech on the same date.

What each costs in a year
For a shop selling 2,000 € a month online by card and running a counter:
- Shopify Basic with POS Pro: 24 € × 12 plus 79 € × 12 for the POS, plus the 2.1 % + 0,30 € fee on 24,000 € (about 504 € plus 0,30 € per order). Roughly 1,740 € a year plus 0,30 € per order, before third-party apps for delivery, Spanish invoicing or WhatsApp.
- Priroda Communications: 49,50 € × 12, that is 594 € a year, plus Stripe's fees on online payments, with no added cost for the POS, delivery, invoicing or notifications.
The figures come from the prices published on the date given; Stripe's fees depend on the shop's own account.
Where each stands out
- Shopify publishes an enormous ecosystem: thousands of apps and themes, any language and currency, and a platform that handles any volume. A flower brand selling nationwide that wants to design every pixel of its site has a mature tool there.
- Priroda publishes a system for the whole shop, where the web is one more outlet of the same stock: the bouquet that runs out in the cooler disappears from the site, delivery is charged by the real zones, the invoice carries Spanish VAT and the customer is notified by WhatsApp, with no commission and no add-ons.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have the store on my own domain with Priroda?
Yes. Point the domain at Priroda and the store answers on it.
Does Priroda charge any commission on online sales?
No. Payments go to the shop's own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own card fees; Priroda adds nothing.
Can I keep Shopify and add Priroda only for management?
Yes, Priroda runs the counter and the stock even if online sales stay on another platform; but the two stocks will no longer be the same, which is exactly what the included store avoids.
