A flower shop's order management has a problem generic software does not understand: one person pays, another receives, there is a date and a window promised over the phone, and the order competes for the same stems as the orders from the website. Priroda puts every order, wherever it came from, in a single list per day, with its status, its payment and its address, and deducts the stock the moment it is created.

  • One list per dayPickup or delivery, time, address, items, customer and notes. Filter by date, status or item.
  • Every way inCounter, phone, WhatsApp and online store land in the same list, with the same record.
  • Statuses the whole team seesNew, confirmed, delivered or cancelled. One person changes it, everyone sees it at once.
  • Payment separate from statusUnpaid, partly paid, paid or refunded, with the payment method and the cash received.
  • Stock deducted on creationThe order reserves its stems; the cooler and the app say the same thing.
  • The customer, notifiedConfirmed, ready or delivered: by email or with WhatsApp templates from the shop's sender.

All the orders together, with what actually matters

Every order is a record with a delivery type (pickup in shop or delivery), delivery date and time, address, items (flowers, bouquets made or built on the spot, add-ons and services), customer and notes. Orders from the online store come in through the same door, with the customer notified, not into a second system. From the counter they are created in seconds: search by name or colour, the catalogue shows the stems left, and you see the total before taking payment.

  • An order for three weeks from now and one for half an hour from now live in the same list, each on its day.
  • "Every order with white roses" is a filter, not a manual search.
  • Who created the order, when, and every status change are recorded.

Status and payment, kept apart

An order can be delivered and unpaid, or paid and not yet made. So Priroda keeps the status (new, confirmed, delivered, cancelled) and the payment (unpaid, partly paid, paid, refunded) separately, with the payment method (cash with the cash received and change given, card, transfer, Bizum, Stripe payment link). The daily cash report and the list of unpaid orders come from there, with nothing typed.

The stock goes down when the order comes in

The order deducts its stems the moment it is created, including web orders, so two people cannot promise the same last bunch of peonies. On a peak day, the stock requirements view compares what every open order asks for with what is in the cooler, and what is missing becomes a purchase request to the supplier days in advance.

Deliveries, with address, zone and fee

If the order goes to an address, that address is matched against the delivery zones the shop drew on the map and the fee calculates itself, with the window the shop actually serves. The delivery report lists the day's stops with addresses and fees, and the real cost of the delivery the shop paid is noted next to what it charged.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes order management?

The Basic plan (€24.99 a month), with unlimited orders, items and users. The Communications plan (€49.50 a month) adds orders from the online store, the customer area and WhatsApp notices.

Can I take a phone order without a customer record?

Yes. A walk-in sale needs no customer. Attaching one is for repeat customers, invoices and notices.

How do I know what has to go out today?

The Orders tab on the iPad and the web filter by date and status; the assistant answers "what has to be delivered today" and "which orders are unpaid" from the same list.

What happens on Valentine's Day with two hundred orders?

The same list, with stock requirements, purchase requests and the day's delivery windows. It is told step by step in Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and All Saints.

Can I take a deposit?

Yes. An order can be partly paid; the payment status shows what is left and the order appears in the pending list.
