Today's orders and deliveries in a flower shop

Updated 2026-09-03 · Priroda Tech, Vigo

Priroda, the flower-shop management software from priroda.tech, puts every order due today in one list: pickup or delivery, the delivery time, the address, whether it is paid, and a status the whole team can see and change from the iPad at the counter or from the web. Nothing lives in a notebook and nothing gets promised twice.

What makes the morning hard

  • Orders arrive by phone, by WhatsApp, through the door and from the online store, and end up in four places.
  • Two people promise the same delivery slot, or the same last bunch of peonies.
  • The driver leaves without one address, and the customer calls to ask whether the bouquet is ready.

How it works in Priroda

  1. Every order, wherever it came from, is one record with a delivery type (pickup at the shop or delivery), a delivery date and time, the address, the items, the client and notes.
  2. The order moves through a small set of statuses: new, confirmed, delivered, or cancelled. Anyone on the team updates it, and the change is visible to everyone at once.
  3. Payment is tracked separately from status: unpaid, partially paid, paid, or refunded, with the payment method (cash, card, transfer, Bizum, Stripe link).
  4. The day's list is filtered by date, status, or by an item in the order ("every order that contains white roses"), on the iPad Orders tab and on the web.
  5. For deliveries, the delivery report shows the day's stops with addresses and fees, and the delivery cost the shop actually paid is recorded next to the fee it charged.
  6. The customer gets a notification when the order is confirmed, ready or delivered, by email or WhatsApp, so the "is it ready?" calls stop.

What gets recorded

Who created the order and when, every item with quantity and price, discounts, the delivery fee and the delivery expense, the payment method and the cash received and change given, the status changes, and any photo attached at delivery. Stock is deducted when the order is made, so the count in the cooler and the count in the app agree.

Where it lives

  • Web: Orders (list, new order, manage order), Reports → Delivery.
  • iPad app: Orders tab with status, date and item filters.
  • Assistant: "what is due today", "which orders are unpaid", "what do tomorrow's orders need from stock".

Frequently asked questions

Can I see what stock tomorrow's orders will need?

Yes. The stock requirements view compares the stems needed by open orders with what is in the cooler, so you know what to order from the supplier before it is missing.

Can the driver see the addresses on a map?

Yes. Delivery addresses are shown on the map, and the delivery report lists the day's stops.

What happens to stock when an order is cancelled?

The items go back to stock and the cancellation is recorded with who did it.
