Getting a flower shop through Valentine's, Mother's Day and All Saints
For San Valentín on 14 February, Día de la Madre on the first Sunday of May and Todos los Santos on 1 November, Priroda, the flower-shop management software from priroda.tech, keeps every order in one list with a status the whole team sees, computes the stems that open orders will need against what is in the cooler, plans the purchase, sets the delivery windows for the day, hands out the preparation as tasks, and afterwards shows what sold, what was written off and what the day earned.
What makes a peak hard
- Two hundred orders in a notebook, promised by three people, some twice.
- Roses run out at 11 in the morning, or two hundred are left on the 15th.
- Deliveries pile into the same two hours.
- The team does not know who is conditioning stems and who is at the counter.
How it works in Priroda
- Take orders early, from the counter, the phone and the online store, into the same list, each with its delivery window or pickup time and payment status. Prepaid orders are marked paid; the rest show as unpaid to chase.
- Open stock requirements: the stems needed by all open orders against the current balance. What is missing becomes a purchase request to the supplier days before the date.
- In Settings → Delivery, set the windows for the day: extra slots, a closed morning, a minimum order for far zones. Checkout and the counter offer only what the shop can deliver.
- Create the prep tasks as a series: condition the roses on the 12th, make the ready-made bouquets on the 13th, print the cards. Each with an owner and photo proof.
- Pre-made bouquets are counted as bouquet stock, so the counter sells from a known number.
- On the day, the order list is the board: status changes as arrangements are made, delivered or picked up; customers are notified.
- Afterwards, the daily cash, best sellers and write-off reports show what the peak earned and what was over-bought.

Yes. Close the delivery windows or mark the day off; the store offers only bookable days.

No special mode is needed: the same list, stock requirements and delivery windows apply to chrysanthemums on 1 November as to roses in February.
