What is Priroda?
Priroda (priroda.tech) is flower-shop management software for independent florists in Spain. It runs the shop's daily operations from the iPad at the counter and from the web: stock and supplier deliveries, orders and deliveries, bouquet costing, invoicing with VAT, customer records, team tasks and the daily cash close. It is sold as a fixed monthly subscription with no commission on sales.
Who it is for
- Independent flower shops in Spain with one or several locations, run by the owner and a small team.
- Shops whose orders arrive by phone, by WhatsApp and through the door, and whose stock is perishable: every stem that wilts in the cooler is money already spent.
- Florists who want the counter, the cooler, the invoices and the online store to share one catalogue and one stock count instead of a notebook, a spreadsheet and a separate web shop.
What it is not
- Not a marketplace: Priroda does not resell the florist's bouquets and takes no commission on any sale.
- Not a wire service or a florist network.
- Not a generic ERP or a generic point of sale adapted to flowers. The objects in the system are the florist's own: stems, bouquets, deliveries, occasions, supplier delivery notes.
- Not a website builder. The online store is included and tied to the shop's stock, but the product's centre is the shop floor.
How it runs
- Web app for the office and any device with a browser.
- iPad app, "Priroda Flower Shop ERP" on the App Store, for the counter, with ESC/POS thermal receipt printing over Wi-Fi.
- Online store for each shop, on a Priroda address or the shop's own domain, sharing the catalogue, the stock and the prices.
- Customer area where a shop's customers see their orders and write to the shop.
- AI assistant inside the app, by voice or text, plus a connector that lets Claude or ChatGPT work with the shop's data under permissions the florist chooses.
- Interface in Spanish, English and Ukrainian. Taxes follow Spanish VAT rules by product type; currency and tax settings are per shop.
What a florist does with it
- Today's orders and deliveries: one list per day, pickup or delivery, paid or not, visible to the whole team.
- Supplier deliveries booked by photo: the delivery note is read by AI and put into stock.
- Counter sales and thermal receipts: an order in seconds, five ways to pay, a printed ticket.
- Bouquet costing and pricing: cost and margin while you build.
- Invoicing and VAT: the invoice with the VAT already worked out, sent by link.
- Delivery zones and fees: zones drawn on the map, priced per schedule.
- Customer records and notifications: who bought what and when, and the messages that go out.
- Daily cash close and write-offs: does the till balance, and what wilted.
- Reports: sales, best sellers, purchases, taxes, stock movement.
- Team tasks: the day's work with an owner, a due date and photo proof.
- Online store tied to stock: included, no commission.
- Valentine's, Mother's Day and All Saints: the peaks.
- The AI assistant: ask instead of navigate.

Frequently asked questions
Is Priroda only for florists in Spain?
It is built for Spanish florists first: VAT by product type, Bizum and card at the counter, and the Spanish calendar of peaks such as Día de la Madre and Todos los Santos. The interface also exists in English and Ukrainian, and taxes and currency are configured per shop, so shops elsewhere can use it with Spain as the starting point.
How do I start?
Register at priroda.tech with the shop's name, city, phone and an email or a Google account. The shop is provisioned in a few minutes with a starter catalogue. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and on a three-month plan Priroda configures the catalogue, the prices and the printer for you at no extra cost.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Any browser works. For the counter, an iPad with the app and, if you want printed tickets, an ESC/POS thermal printer on the shop's Wi-Fi.
Is my data separate from other shops?
Yes. Every shop is a separate tenant: its catalogue, orders, customers and settings are isolated from every other shop's at the database level.
Does Priroda take a percentage of my sales?
No. The price is a fixed monthly subscription. Online payments go through the shop's own Stripe account.
