Software made in Vigo (Galicia). 14-day trial, no card.
"How much to Bouzas? And to Nigrán?" gets a different answer from every person at the counter, and the website charges a flat fee that loses money on far addresses and scares people off on near ones. In Priroda a flower shop's delivery is defined once: zones drawn on the map, a price for each zone and window, the windows the shop actually serves. From there, the fee calculates itself on a phone order and in the online store, with the same rules.
- Freehand zonesPolygons on the Google map that follow the real streets the shop serves, no postcode lists.
- Price per zone and windowEach pair of zone and window has its fee, a minimum order if you want one and an estimated time.
- Weekly windowsWindows with slots, days off and exceptions for holidays. A zone with no window is closed.
- The fee, by itselfThe order's address is matched to a zone and the fee appears. The same by phone as on the web.
- The web only offers what is possibleAvailable days and times, delivery calculated with the zones, the slot's minimum order.
- What delivering costsThe real cost (a courier, the fuel) next to what was charged, in the delivery report.
Zones that fit your city
In Settings → Delivery you draw each zone as a polygon on the map. Zones stack: the one drawn on top wins where they overlap, so a cheap zone in the centre can sit inside a wider, dearer one, and the areas fit exactly. No postcode list is needed: zones follow the streets the shop really serves. A shop with two locations sets up each one's zones and windows separately.
Windows the shop keeps
You define the weekly windows with their slots, the days off and the exceptions for holidays. On a peak day, you add extra slots, close a morning or put a minimum order on far zones. The online store and the counter offer only what the shop can deliver: no more website letting people pick Sunday when the shop only delivers on Saturday mornings.
One fee, two counters
When an order is created at the counter or by phone, the address is matched to a zone and the fee calculates itself, with the estimated time. In the online store, checkout offers only the available days and times, calculates delivery with the same zones and applies the slot's minimum order. A customer who lives far away can always collect in shop: zones only rule over delivery.
Knowing whether delivery makes or loses money
The delivery cost the shop actually paid (a courier, the fuel, the time) is noted on the order next to the fee charged. The delivery report lists deliveries per period with fees charged and costs paid, and says whether delivering leaves money. The assistant answers "how much would delivery to Rúa Urzáiz 20 cost on Saturday morning" or closes delivery on 1 November when you ask.
How delivery is set up, step by step
- 1You draw the zonesOn the map, freehand. Centre, first ring, outskirts: the ones your shop serves.

- 3You price each pairZone and window, with a minimum order and an estimated time if you want.
- 4A phone orderThe address falls in a zone and the fee appears by itself.
- 5A web orderThe customer only sees the possible days and times; delivery is calculated with the same zones.
Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes delivery?
Zones, windows, fees and the delivery report are in the Basic plan (€24.99 a month). The Communications plan (€49.50 a month) adds the online store, which uses the same zones, and delivery notices by WhatsApp.
Do I need a postcode list?
No. Zones are drawn freehand on the map, so they can follow the real streets the shop serves.
Does Priroda optimise the driver's route?
Not today: Priroda calculates the fee, sets the windows and lists the day's deliveries with their addresses in the delivery report. Stop ordering and a driver app are not in the product.
Can I charge differently on Saturday morning?
Yes. The price is per pair of zone and window, so the same neighbourhood can cost differently on weekdays and on Saturday, and a window can have its own minimum order.
What does each delivery really cost me?
There is a delivery fee calculator, free and without an account, to work out the cost per delivery with your kilometres, your time and your orders per run, and decide what to charge in each zone.
