A POS for a flower shop has to keep up with the counter: the phone rings mid-arrangement and the customer at the door is waiting. In Priroda the order is put together on the iPad in seconds with flowers, bouquets and add-ons, paid however the customer pays, the receipt comes out of the thermal printer on the Wi-Fi and the stock goes down at that moment. At closing, the day's cash is on one screen.

  • Thermal receipt over Wi-FiLogo, itemised lines, VAT, totals and a QR code, on any ESC/POS printer in the shop.
  • Five ways to payCash (with change calculated), card, transfer, Bizum or a Stripe link by WhatsApp or email.
  • Stock goes down on saleEvery stem of every bouquet is deducted at once. Cooler and app agree.
  • Made and built bouquetsSell the bouquet from the cooler or build one on the spot with the stems you have.
  • Discount and total before payingQuantities, each price and what the customer pays, in view. Discount as an amount or a percentage.
  • The cash, closedCash against card, change given, difference with the count and unpaid orders, at closing.

An order in seconds, even with the shop full

Open New order, search by name or colour (the catalogue shows the stems left), add flowers, bouquets made or built on the spot, add-ons and services. Quantities, unit prices and the total are visible before payment. If the customer wants to collect tomorrow or send to another address, the same order carries the date, the window and the recipient: the POS and the orders are not two systems.

Payment, however the customer pays

Cash with the cash received and change given, card on the shop's terminal, transfer, Bizum, or a Stripe payment link sent by WhatsApp or email that the customer pays from their phone. The order records the method and the payment status (unpaid, partly paid, paid, refunded), and the cash report comes from there with nothing typed.

The receipt, from the iPad

The iPad app "Priroda Flower Shop ERP" sends the receipt straight to any ESC/POS thermal printer on the shop's Wi-Fi: the shop's logo, itemised lines, VAT, totals and a QR code. The receipt is a simplified one; the full invoice with the customer's details is created from the same order when they ask for it, and sent as a link.

VAT right without thinking about it

Every catalogue item has a product type, and every type carries its Spanish VAT rate: flowers, bouquets and plants at 10 %, add-ons such as vases, cards or wine at 21 %. The order already knows its VAT, the receipt prints it and the tax report sums it by type and period for the accountant. Invoicing is being prepared for VeriFactu ahead of the 2027 calendar.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes the POS?

The Basic plan (€24.99 a month): orders, payments, receipt printing from the iPad app, cash report and invoicing. The Communications plan (€49.50 a month) adds the online store with Stripe payments, the customer area and WhatsApp notices.

What printer do I need?

Any ESC/POS thermal receipt printer connected to the shop's Wi-Fi. The iPad app sends the receipt directly; no computer at the counter.

Does it work on a computer or a phone?

The web application works in any browser, on a computer, tablet or phone, with the same orders and stock. Receipt printing is from the iPad app.

Does it take Bizum?

The order records a Bizum payment as a method, like cash or card, and the cash report separates it. The payment itself is made with the shop's Bizum app; remote payment links go through Stripe, by card.

Is the receipt an invoice?

It is a simplified receipt. The full invoice, with the customer's tax details and VAT broken down by type, is generated from the order when they ask for it and sent as a link with a pay button.
