Reports a flower shop owner actually uses

Updated 2026-09-03 · Priroda Tech, Vigo

Priroda, the flower-shop management software from priroda.tech, comes with the reports a florist checks weekly and monthly, built from the shop's own orders, purchases and stock movements: what sold and for how much, what it cost, which bouquets and stems sell best, what was discounted, what delivery earned, what the VAT return will look like, and where every stem went.

The reports

Report What it answers
Sales summary Revenue by period, by payment method and by category; orders, average ticket.
Sales trend Sales over time, to compare weeks, months and last year's peak.
Best sellers Which bouquets, flowers and complements sell most, by units and revenue.
Discounts What was discounted, by whom and how much it cost.
Delivery Deliveries by period with fees charged and costs paid.
Purchases and expenses What was bought from each supplier and the shop's other expenses.
Tax Bases and VAT by rate for any period, for the gestor.
Inventory movement Every stock entry and exit, filterable by item, period and person.
Flower movement The history of one flower: received, sold, written off, balance.
Write-offs Wilted or broken stock by period and reason.
Daily cash The till: cash versus card, change given, difference.
Client insights Who buys most, how often, who has stopped.
Actions The audit trail of every stock action, with who and when.

How it works in Priroda

  1. Open Reports, pick a report and a period; every figure is computed from records, never typed in.
  2. Filter by shop location where it applies.
  3. Ask the assistant the same questions in words: it uses the same reports and always states the period with each figure.

Where it lives

  • Web: Reports (each report is its own page).
  • iPad app: More → Reports.
  • Assistant: "sales this week versus last week", "best sellers in May", "purchase report for June".

Frequently asked questions

Can I export a report?

Sales reports and invoices can be exported for the accountant; the tax report is designed for the quarterly VAT return.

Are the numbers live?

Yes. Reports read the current records, so a sale made a minute ago is in the day's figures.

Can staff see the reports?

Access depends on the user's role; the owner decides who sees money.
