Bouquet costing and pricing from the stems in stock
Priroda, the flower-shop management software from priroda.tech, prices a bouquet from what it really costs: the florist composes it from the stems in stock, each with the cost recorded when it was received, and watches the cost, the margin and the price update as stems are added. The bouquet gets a name and a photo, can be published to the online store, and deducts its stems from stock when it sells.
What makes pricing hard
- The price of a bouquet is set by feel, and the best seller turns out to barely pay for itself.
- The same design is priced differently by different people.
- Nobody knows how many stems a bouquet used, so the stock count drifts.
How it works in Priroda
- Open Bouquets → Create. Pick stems and complements from the catalogue; only what is in stock is offered, with the count left.
- As each stem is added, the cost (from purchase prices), the margin and the price update live. Set the final price by hand or keep the suggestion.
- Name the bouquet, add a photo taken at the counter or an AI-generated catalogue image, and choose whether it appears in the online store.
- Save a design that repeats every week as a template, so the next one is composed in one tap.
- When the bouquet is sold, its stems are deducted from stock. Pre-made bouquets waiting in the cooler are counted as bouquet stock.
What gets recorded
The composition (each stem and quantity), the cost at the time it was made, the price, the margin, the photos, who made it, and the stock movements it caused. The best-sellers and discount reports show which bouquets earn and which do not.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the cost per stem come from?
From the supplier delivery notes booked into stock. If a stem was received at different prices, the latest cost is used for the estimate.
Can I keep a bouquet's recipe secret from the storefront?
Yes. The store shows the bouquet's name, photo and price; the composition is internal.
What about wedding or event quotes?
Priroda is a shop-floor system, not a proposal tool. Event work is handled as orders with task series for the preparation; formal proposals are outside its scope today.
