The best flower shop software in Spain (2026): eight options, by what each site publishes

Updated 2026-10-06 · Priroda Tech, Vigo

A flower shop in Spain looking for software in 2026 mostly finds eight names. This guide describes them by what each one publishes on its own site, on the stated date, and ends with a way to choose. Priroda is our program; we say so at the start so the list is read with that in mind.

One by one

Priroda

Management software for independent flower shops, made in Vigo and born inside a real shop. Runs the counter from the iPad (with thermal receipts), stock with the delivery note read from a photo, the costing of every bouquet, invoices with VAT by type, delivery zones drawn on the map, customers with WhatsApp notices and an online store included and tied to the stock. AI assistant in the app and a connector for ChatGPT and Claude. Two plans, €24.99 and €49.50 a month, no commission on sales, 14 days free. What it lacks: route optimisation, a driver app and signed wedding quotes.

Evoflor

Per its site (read 6 October 2026): Spanish software made in Valencia, with orders and a "Today" screen, POS and cash, delivery with optimised routes and a driver app with delivery photo, wedding and event proposals with e-signature, invoicing with VAT and Verifactu, CRM with "returning occasions", recipes with margin, WooCommerce and Shopify connection, finance with bank reconciliation in the top plan, and data import from Excel. Three plans from €59 to €129 a month before VAT, 30-day trial. The most complete of the list for delivery and events; also the dearest by fee.

Programflor

Flower shop and delivery management in the cloud, made with florists per its site, with a smartphone POS, a mobile delivery module with GPS and SMS, customers with debts and alerts and a staff diary. Runs on PC, Mac, iPad, Android tablets and phones. Publishes no price; offers a guided demo.

Florshop (Softigal)

A desktop management and invoicing program for flower shops, from HostiSoft S.L., with a POS module, customers and payment control. Mobile, tablet and web versions are "on request". Publishes a price of €290 plus VAT.

Verial

ERP for flower shops since 1990, for Windows, with remote access and multi-user, touch POS and bouquet composition. Its site lists delivery, online store and CRM as not included, and states invoices with a Verifactu QR code. From €49.40 a month plus VAT (PYME Base for one computer), 30-day trial with installation and training.

Distritok

Management software for companies and SMEs from TeamSystem (A Coruña) with a flower shop vertical: desktop, mobile, cloud and touch POS, composite items, e-commerce and CRM. Publishes no price; offers a free trial.

Florenet

Cloud software "by florists for florists" with POS, bouquets with automatic component deduction, delivery routes with an assigned driver and a link between physical shop and e-commerce. Publishes no price; trial on request.

Shopify, as the generic alternative

Not a flower shop program: an e-commerce platform with an optional physical POS. It serves to sell online with its own catalogue, but does not keep stock by stem, delivery notes, costing or delivery zones by window. Basic at €24 a month paid yearly or €32 monthly, plus 2.1 % + €0.30 on every card sale, and POS Pro at €79 a month per location.

How to choose

  • If you run the shop yourself with a small team and want counter, stock, invoices and web in one place with no commission: Priroda or Programflor are built for that; check which has a price and a trial you can verify.
  • If your own delivery with routes and a driver, or weddings with a signed proposal, are the heart of your business: Evoflor publishes them as its own modules; Florenet and Programflor have delivery with a driver.
  • If you want a program on the shop computer rather than in the cloud: Florshop or Verial.
  • If you already have a WooCommerce or Shopify store and want to keep it: Evoflor says it connects to both; Priroda replaces it with a store tied to the stock.
  • In every case: ask about VeriFactu (mandatory from 2027), whether there is a commission on sales and how many users the price includes.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best program for a small flower shop?

The one that runs your whole day in the entry plan, with no commission and no per-user charge, and that you can try with your own orders. Priroda is built for that from €24.99 a month; Programflor also targets small shops but publishes no price.

Is there free flower shop software?

None of the eight is. "Free" is usually a trial or a very cut-down version. All those on the list with a published price have a free trial of between 3 and 30 days.

Which one works on an iPad?

Priroda has its own iPad app with receipt printing; Programflor states iPad compatibility from the browser; the cloud ones work in any browser.
