Can ChatGPT run my flower shop? With Priroda connected, yes
On its own, ChatGPT cannot run a flower shop: it has no stock, no orders and no invoices to work with. Connected to Priroda, the flower-shop management software from priroda.tech, it can. From your own ChatGPT or Claude you ask what is due today, create an order, issue an invoice with VAT or book a supplier delivery: 81 actions, under permissions you choose, with a yes from you before anything critical.
The problem
- You already ask ChatGPT for everything: a card message, a reply to a customer, a price idea. But it does not know how many roses are in the cooler, so its answers about your shop are guesses.
- What it writes stays in the chat. Somebody still has to type the order, the invoice and the stock change into another program.
- Tomorrow it has forgotten. A shop needs numbered invoices, a stock count that adds up and a record of who changed what. A chat keeps none of that.

From an email to an order

ChatGPT: I created the client, a draft order with the bridal bouquet and six centrepieces for Saturday at 11:00, and two tasks for Marta: condition the flowers on Thursday, assemble on Friday. The order stays a draft until you confirm it.

You: How did September go, and how much VAT do I owe?
ChatGPT: From 1 to 30 September: 212 orders, €9,480 net revenue, average order €44.70. Output VAT for the period is €1,422, split by rate in the report. Two supplier invoices are overdue, €640 in total.

When you connect, Priroda shows a consent screen and you choose what the assistant may do. An action you did not grant does not exist for it.

Critical actions are two-step and enforced by Priroda, not by the assistant: the first call changes nothing, you see what will happen, and only your yes executes it.

How to connect Priroda to ChatGPT
You need a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu; Free and Go cannot add it) and the web version, chatgpt.com. Priroda is not in the Plugins search: you add it yourself by address.

Why a generic AI chat is not enough, and why we bet on this
A chat on its own gives you text. A shop runs on structure: items, balances, numbered invoices, VAT rates, delivery zones, a log of who did what. Priroda is that structure, and the connector lets the assistant you already use work inside it, alongside your email, your calendar and whatever else you have connected.
Priroda has its own assistant inside the app, and it stays. But this is where we are putting our effort: you work in ChatGPT or Claude with the newest model the day it comes out, and Priroda is the dependable system underneath. New capabilities reach the connector first.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT to connect Priroda?
Yes. OpenAI allows custom connectors on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu, on the web. Free and Go cannot add one. In Claude you need Pro, Max or Team.
Why can't I find Priroda in ChatGPT's Plugins search?
Priroda is not listed there. You add it yourself by address after turning on Developer mode: Plugins → + → paste https://veranoprado-api.priroda.tech/mcp.
Can ChatGPT change my prices or stock by mistake?
Not without your yes. Stock, prices, payments and the delivery schedule are two-step: Priroda first returns what would change and executes it only after you confirm. You can also connect with read-only permission.
Does the assistant see other shops' data?
No. The connection is tied to your shop at sign-in, and every call runs only against that shop.
What happens when a new model comes out?
Nothing to do. The connector is the same; you simply use the new model in your ChatGPT or Claude.
Is the assistant inside the Priroda app going away?
No. It stays in the app. New capabilities arrive first in the ChatGPT and Claude connection.
