Priroda, the flower-shop management software from priroda.tech, plans the shop's day as tasks: water the stock, clean the cooler, condition the roses, prepare Saturday's wedding. Each task has an owner, a due date, a place in the calendar, optional recurrence, and a photo attached when it is done. Tasks can be linked to an order, a client, a delivery or a bouquet, and the AI assistant can propose them, though nothing is created until the owner approves.

## What makes the day hard

- Chores live in someone's head, and when that person is off, the cooler is not cleaned.
- Preparation for a wedding is spread across three weeks and two people.
- "Did anyone water the plants?" has no answer.

## How it works in Priroda

1. Create a **task** with a title, an **owner**, a **due date and time** and notes. Pick it from the **task catalogue** of common chores or write your own.
2. Make it **recurring** (every day, every Monday, the first of the month) as a series; stop the series when it no longer applies.
3. **Link** the task to what it is about: the wedding order, the client, the delivery, the bouquet to make.
4. The **calendar** shows the team's week; each person sees their tasks on the iPad or the web.
5. When done, the person **completes** the task and can attach a **photo** as proof (the clean cooler, the finished arrangement).
6. The **assistant** can suggest tasks from what it sees ("tomorrow's orders need 40 roses conditioned tonight") and creates them only after approval.

## What gets recorded

Who was assigned, who completed, when, the photos, the links, and the series history. The tasks summary shows what is open, overdue and done.

## Where it lives

- Web: **Tasks** (list, calendar, compose), **Users** for the team and roles.
- iPad app: tasks in the main screen.
- Assistant: "assign the window display to Lucía for Friday", "what is overdue", "create a weekly task to water the plants".

## Frequently asked questions

### Can each employee have their own login?
Yes. Users have roles; each sees their own tasks, and stock movements and orders record who did them.

### Can a task hold several photos?
Yes. Photos are attached at completion or later, from the iPad or through the photo inbox link on a phone.

### Does a recurring task create a backlog if it is missed?
Missed occurrences show as overdue in the summary, so the owner sees what slipped.
