Priroda, the flower-shop management software from priroda.tech, includes an online store for the florist that is not a second system: it shows the same bouquets, products and services as the counter, at the prices the shop set, only while they are in stock, and it takes payment through the shop's own Stripe account with delivery priced from the shop's own zones and windows. There is no commission on sales, and the store can run on the shop's domain.

## What makes selling online hard

- A Shopify or WordPress shop has its own catalogue, so a bouquet sold out in the cooler is still for sale on the web.
- Marketplaces take 10 to 25 % and keep the customer.
- The web shop lets customers pick delivery on days the shop does not deliver.

## How it works in Priroda

1. Bouquets and products marked **visible in the store** appear online with the photo, name, description and price from the catalogue. When stock runs out, they stop being orderable.
2. **Product groups and variants** (sizes, colours) and **services** (a card, a vase, a delivery upgrade) are configured once and used both at the counter and online.
3. At **checkout**, the customer chooses pickup or delivery; delivery offers only the shop's bookable days and time windows and is priced by the shop's zones, with the tier's minimum order enforced.
4. **Payment** is by card through **Stripe**, into the shop's own account. The order lands in the same order list as phone and counter orders, with the customer notified.
5. The store carries the shop's **branding** (logo, colours, contact) from the business profile and can run on the shop's **own domain**.

## What gets recorded

Every online order is a normal order: items, client, delivery zone and fee, payment, status. Stock is deducted when the order is placed.

## Where it lives

- Web: **Products** (items, products, groups), **Services**, **Bouquets** (store visibility), **Settings → Business** and **Settings → Delivery**.
- Assistant: "which bouquets are on the site", "put bouquet 12 on the site", "add photos to the pink peony product".

## Frequently asked questions

### Is the store included in the price?

### Can customers see their past orders?
Yes, in the customer area, where they sign in with a code sent to their phone or email.

It runs the shop's daily operations from the iPad at the counter and from the web: stock and supplier deliveries, orders and deliveries, bouquet costing, invoicing with VAT, customer records, team tasks and the daily cash close.
It is not a marketplace and takes no commission on sales: a fixed monthly subscription with a 14-day free trial.
