# Customer records and notifications for a flower shop

> Priroda remembers who bought what and when, the birthdays and anniversaries, the office that orders every Monday, and tells customers by email or WhatsApp when the order is confirmed, ready or delivered.

Priroda, the flower-shop management software from priroda.tech, keeps the small CRM a florist actually needs: a record per customer with their orders, addresses, notes and important dates, found by phone number in a second at the counter, plus the messages that go out when an order is confirmed, ready or delivered, by email or through official WhatsApp templates from the shop's own sender.

## What makes customers hard

- The regular who orders every Monday for the office is served by whoever is there, who does not know the usual.
- An anniversary the shop knew about last year is forgotten this year.
- Customers call to ask whether the bouquet is ready, because nobody told them.

## How it works in Priroda

1. A **client record** holds name, phone, email, delivery addresses, notes and **important dates** (birthday, anniversary). It is created from the first order or found by phone number.
2. Every order is attached to the client, so the record shows the **history**: what was bought, when, for how much, delivered where.
3. When the order changes status, the shop sends a **notification**: confirmed, ready for pickup, delivered. Messages go by **email** and by **WhatsApp** using templates approved for the shop's sender, in the customer's language.
4. Conversations with a customer are kept in a **chat** on their record, so a colleague can pick them up.
5. With the Plan Comunicaciones, customers get a **customer area** where they sign in with a code sent to their phone or email and see their orders, the live status and the conversation with the shop.
6. The **client insights** report shows who buys most, how often, and who has not come back.

## What gets recorded

The client's data and dates, every order, every message sent and its delivery status, notes, and the conversation.

## Where it lives

- Web: **Clients** (record, history, chat), **Communications** (templates, sent messages).
- Assistant: "find the client with phone 6xx", "who ordered lilies last Mother's Day", "note that Ana prefers no carnations".

## Frequently asked questions

### Does the shop need its own WhatsApp number?
Messages go out from a sender configured for the shop; Priroda sets it up with the shop during onboarding.

### Can I message customers about a promotion?
Order notifications use approved templates. Marketing messages are a separate matter and depend on the customer's consent; Priroda records consent on the client record.

### Can a customer change their own phone or email?
Not from the customer area: those are the sign-in identifiers. Changes go through the shop.
