### Frequently asked questions

#### Can I export a report?
Sales reports and invoices can be exported for the accountant; the tax report is designed for the quarterly VAT return.

#### Are the numbers live?
Yes. Reports read the current records, so a sale made a minute ago is in the day's figures.

#### Can staff see the reports?
Access depends on the user's role; the owner decides who sees money.
