Many flower shops work very hard and earn little because the bouquet's price is set by eye, and the best seller turns out to barely pay for itself. Costing in Priroda comes from what things really cost: the florist builds the bouquet from the stems in stock, each with the cost recorded when it was received, and watches cost, margin and price change as stems are added. The bouquet gets a name and a photo, can be published to the online store and deducts its stems from stock when it sells.

- **Build with what is there**: Only what is in stock is offered, with the quantity left of each stem.
- **Cost and margin live**: With every stem you add, the cost (from the purchase price), the margin and the suggested price update.
- **Templates**: The design that repeats every week is saved and built in one tap.
- **Photo or AI image**: A photo taken at the counter or an AI-generated catalogue image, ready for the web.
- **Stock deducted on sale**: The bouquet's stems go down when it sells; made bouquets count as bouquet stock.
- **Which bouquets make money**: The best-seller and discount reports show which ones pay and which do not.

## It all starts with the price of your flowers

The cost per stem is not typed in: it comes from the supplier's delivery notes booked into stock, each with its purchase price. If a stem was received at different prices, the estimate uses the latest cost. When the supplier raises the price, the next bouquet already knows. That is why Priroda's costing is not a spreadsheet that goes stale, but the shop's stock seen from the bouquet.

## The margin of every recipe, while you build it

Open **Bouquets → Create** and choose stems and add-ons from the catalogue. With each one you add, the **cost**, the **margin** and the **price** update live. Set the final price by hand or keep the suggestion. The same design is charged the same by everyone on the team, and the bouquet keeps its composition (every stem and its quantity), the cost at the time it was made, the price, the margin, the photos and who made it.

## The same costing serves the counter and the web

The bouquet with its name, photo and price can be marked **visible in the online store**: it appears with the catalogue photo and price, only while there is stock, and the composition stays internal (the customer sees the name, the photo and the price; not the recipe). When it sells, in the shop or on the web, its stems are deducted from stock.

## The reports that close the loop

The **best sellers** report shows which bouquets, flowers and add-ons sell most, by units and by revenue; **discounts** shows what was discounted, by whom and what it cost; **waste** shows how many stems wilted, at cost. Between the three, the shop learns which bouquets feed it and what it buys too much of.

## How a bouquet gets its price, step by step

1. **The stock has the cost**: Every stem came in with the delivery note's price.
2. **You build the bouquet**: Seven roses, eucalyptus, an add-on. Only what is there, with what is left.
3. **You see cost, margin and price**: They update with every stem. Keep the suggestion or set the price by hand.
4. **Name and photo**: The counter photo or an AI-generated catalogue image.
5. **It sells and deducts**: At the counter or on the web. The stems leave the stock; the margin lands in the reports.
